Returns Policy

Due to the specialised nature of broadcast, streaming and networking equipment, Squared Tech does not accept returns for products ordered incorrectly by the customer.

Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications, compatibility and suitability before placing an order. If you are unsure whether a product will meet your requirements, please contact us before purchasing and we will gladly assist.

Returns are only accepted in the following situations:

• The product is defective or faulty.
• The product was damaged during shipping.
• The incorrect product was supplied by Squared Tech.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging unless the item is defective.

Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy and may require inspection or testing before replacement or repair is approved.

Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for the return.

Squared Tech reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any replacement or refund.
